Frequently asked questions.

  • The Testudo Broker Platform is Testudo's broker portal for AI liability insurance: co-branded client documents, claim examples by industry, and the status of every risk you have sent us. Access is for brokers appointed with Testudo.

  • Not today. The Testudo Broker Platform does not rate, quote or bind. AI liability insurance is a new line with very little claims history, so a Testudo underwriter reads every risk instead of an automated system pricing it.

  • Download the current application from the Broker Platform, complete it with your client and email it to submissions@testudo.co. There is no online submission form.

    An indication normally comes back within 48 hours. An indication is not a quote and does not bind cover.

  • Named people at agencies appointed with Testudo. Testudo grants Broker Platform access one person at a time, so there is no open sign-up and no shared agency login.

    If you are not appointed yet, ask for an appointment and we will talk through your book first.

  • A standard producer agreement, no volume minimums. Most agencies are onboarded in 3 to 5 days and can send a first submission the same week.

    Tell us about your agency and we will route you to the appointment manager who covers your region. Broker Platform access is granted per person once the agreement is signed.
